* You will be charged 25% From Total Amount.
_ In case of any cancellation or amendment before 45 Days of the conference date
• You will be charged 50% From Total Amount.
_ In case of any cancellation, amendment before 30 Days of the conference date
- You will be charged Full amount 100%
_ All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and submitted via email to info@aaotconf.com
_ The above rates don't include includes 5% VAT & 4% Online Pyament Fees
